Once ordered, you no longer have to worry about your dinner. Rania takes care of everything. Our chef draws on her family and local recipes to offer you the best traditional dishes. She brings you all her know-how around traditional dishes: from the essential chicken couscous seffa, to the tajine, a Marrakech specialty, beef or lamb that simmers in an amphora for 6 hours, the little-known rfiisa with chicken and not to mention her delicious tajine creations. We also have a range of delicious vegetarian recipes. We are at your disposal and will adapt in case of specific needs such as food allergies or special diets.
